Under H2020 ComAct project, the team of Habitat for Humanity has published an Overview report on the energy poverty concept: Energy poverty in the privately-owned, multi-family environment. The report covers review of the energy poverty concept in five pilot countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, North Macedonia, Lithuania, and Ukraine), and it also summarizes current EU legislation and evaluation of policy measures against energy poverty.
